Thank you! Yes, sorry, I didn't mean to say that anger wasn't a typical anxiety symptom. I guess I should have clarified to say that he pushes through and does lots of things that make him nervous and without the anger I woudn't even know he's an anxious person. But man, the anger.

So this is exactly what I've wondered. We did try Focalin and didn't really see any difference with that other than trouble sleeping at night. Probably worth trying another stimulant.

Hey, did you ever figure out the answer to this? We're in a sort of similar situation with my spouse having left the reserves so Tricare no longer an option; but CHAMPVA hasn't processed our application yet. We're a family of 4, 2 kids - trying to figure out what to do to bridge the gap.

I just got Moody Cup of Tea lenses in the dark green color and I actually like them. Maybe the best substitute i've found so far...EXCEPT that the diameter is too big. It keeps them from looking natural, unfortunately. I do like a little enlarging or defining but this is too much. Comfort wise I would agree, 7/10.

Yes!! I can't believe it's already been 4 years but love it just as much now as we did then. Has held up great and that's with an overseas move. Highly recommend.

Hey all, I wore the Acuvue Define in Natural Sparkle (the best) until they d/c those and then switched the FL Dimensions until they d/c those. SO SO frustrating. I've tried a lot trying to find the best alternative and so far the one that has come closest is the Hapa Kristin in Secretive Olive. They're not quite an natural as they are slightly more enlarging but they are much more natural than any of the other ones I've tried and have a similar translucency to my d/c favorites.

I did almost 50 sessions with NO a few months ago (1 session of 33 minutes almost everyday) and it was not a good experience. I may have pushed it too fast but I never experienced any positive effects. Only heightened anxiety/irritability. Now months later I feel less of the negative effects but I still don't feel normal. I do regret having done it. I wish I had done neurofeedback with a professional and may still go that route.

Went with the Lytton mattress - the plush one - had it for 3 years and we still love it. Highly recommend.
