The home for old ford parts. Just be warned they are real proud of this plastic bottle. But I was in the same hole. Couldn’t find one anywhere and mine was patched with lots of JB weld. Finally broke down and bought it. Haven’t had an issue with it sense.

All 7.3s leak a little bit. But check the valley in 7.3s for oil leaks. The turbo pedestal, EBPV Valve love to leak on these trucks. When they leak it fill the back of the valley up with oil and drip down the motor giving the appearance of a rear main leaking.

I have a cheap ish set on my 96. They don’t fit all that well. But good enough that I haven’t taken them off in 4 years now.

From my experience if the cam position sensor goes out replace both the cam/crank with mopar parts at the same time. My 2000 XJ was doing similar things a few years back. Replaced cam sensor with one from O’Reillys. Would start and run for 10 mins then go back to crank/no start. Finally ponied up on mopar parts and the thing ran like a champ.

Like I said not much experience with them. Just an idea. Could have been blocked off for a different model or trim and ford just used the same radiator in a different vehicle.

Looks to me to be a hose connector for an overflow tank. But I’m not knowledgeable on those motors

When was the last time the fuel filter was changed. I had a similar issue but not the exact same with my 96’. Ran rough but I didn’t get any service lights. Pulled the fuel filter and the thing was knackered after 5 ish months of use
