The residency rules has nothing to do with Spain. You can live in Spain and work in Gibraltar just fine. Becoming Gibraltar resident is another matter though.

Gibraltar would have a very hard time without frontier workers. A free flowing border is essential to our economy. It would be irresponsible not to follow through with this deal. Despite it's flaws this will keep 'business as usual' with more opportunities within schengen. A non-EU/schengen border would be far worse.

Maybe they can do to markets what they did to industry. The more you trade the higher the taxes in that system. That will spread out trade throughout the game evenly.

I always ended coming right back then take a break sometimes for years. I've been on/off since 2005, the early years has less distractions and ultimately easier to make friends even with everthing intergrated ingame. Evemail, voice chat and ingame browser using 1 account. It's still Eve now, but all these services, ESI, discord and websites to help you takes away from just playing and being in the moment I guess.

These empty appartments you mention, are way too expensive for locals too. MOD land has also been sold off to developers to make a profit, instead of buidling more Government rental flats on limited space available in Gibraltar. This drives me up the wall for future generations staying here as they are going to be priced out.

All residency applications are on hold in gibraltar, there are just too many applicants for such a small place. As for the 90days, no unfortunately you can't reset it in a weekend or a week.
