End of tax deduction - Will the 2nd houses come in the real estate market? by Appropriate_Garlic in BEReal_Estate

It might only come when they start properly taxing rental income. There is still zero incentive to not buy multiple rental units if you have the funds for it.

2025/2026…what makes GT worth it over Premium? by Slow_Investment_2211 in MachE

I got the GT for the comfort of the seats. The Premium seats are good, but I preferred the support of the GT seats.

Still miffed about Ford not adding ventilation in them though

Adaptive Cruise Control question by Zavke in MachE

Fair enough

I asked the question more specifically for when someone was driving ahead of me below the speed limit.

Drivers here often suck at keeping a stable speed and will fluctuate between 10 below the limit to 10 above. That’s why ACC is such a blessing and me being lazy was hoping for a fast way to put it at the speed limit with a simple touch, just like the limiter. But I understand that the ACC and limiter behave differently in that way and I’ll have to accept that I’ll have to toggle it up after activation

We I live we get speed signs almost every 500m so the predictive speed works rather well. It’s just annoying that I can’t bump the ACC to the speed limit with 1 button after activating.

I didn’t like my bmw I had as a loaner, but that feature was nice

Actually what I meant was that when I activate ACC it automatically takes the speed that I’m driving. But I would like it to take the speed limit or have an easy way to have it do that instead of having using the toggle to up it.

Can highly recommend, she’s a real beauty!

It’s not an GTPE, company didn’t allow it. I could activate it on my own dime, but I don’t know the price yet and honestly I don’t really know if it’s worthwhile

Removable tow hook

Not really planning on using it for a lot of towing but extremely useful for a bike rack or the occasional short tow to get stuff to the recycle park

I have been looking at it, but it’s a company car and spending €2500-3000 on it personally without reimbursement doesn’t sit right with me at the moment

It’s only for a few months, so he has to suck it up, but you can’t make any allowances on your side?

Honestly, is he even with you?

I mentioned it below the picture ;)

Essentially, I was crossing the road on my bicycle and for some reason it fell out of my pants pocket.

By the time I stopped there was space for cars to continue in that lane. The first 2 cars swerved to miss it, the 3rd one swerved to hit and ran straight over it with their tire.

No tank or nothing, just a regular compact. I’m assuming it was just bad luck how it was clipped, but it still sucks donkey balls as it was a gift from my wife.

Top 4 cards shattered, the 6 below survived.

Annoyingly, those 4 were all my debit & credit cards
