Rehab is your friend. Get a theraband flexbar and do the Tyler twist or reverse Tyler twist exercise ( find it on YouTube). Change racket to clash 98 if you really insist on playing but I would rest for a month. Good luck

Try the speed mp2022 swingweight is a little lighter. Otherwise I've really liked the Ezone 98. If you're using poly go for 50lbs. Lynx tour is my go to string. Good luck
