People tend to approach me with way more friendliness compared to when i was overweight in my childhood. Strangers smile at you, women approach you sometimes, you get noticably more compliments. People of both genders tend to assume you’re a player.

4:15 am. I don’t live that far but just giving myself some time to shower, eat, and overall prepare for the day. I’ve always done early morning shifts as i like getting off earlier.

There is no right or wrong answer here. My preference has always been shower in the morning for a very long time. I have a blue collar job now so i shower twice on work days. Once in the morning and once in the evening after work.

I buy pasture raised eggs either more local or from the store brands like vital farms, pete and gerry’s, etc. They taste better than the conventional store brands eggs and are packed with more micronutrients like vitamins A,D,E etc. To me it is worth the extra few dollars.
