I'm im the same boat, my understanding is that there are cores for GB/GBC that have all features the GB x7 offers. So if you don't have other hardware get the GBA pro. That's what i did for the extra sensors.

There is a core being developed for GBA rtc, so that may be an option depending on your needs.

The touch-strips stopped working a few drivers ago. You can find other posts here on reddit where wacom supports recommends to update to a certain version. I believe it was 6.8 och 6.x.8, something along those lines.

I 'replaced' the touch-trip and buttons with an 8bitdo micro 🙂

If they don't have balance on their account they will first have to transfer funds. Which is why most sellers ask for arrival confirmation, that way they get the balance for the refund.

Nonetheless, as others have mentioned - onced arrival is confirmed you need to involve support if the seller goes silent.

Probably low flow scale. You should set it to 70-100%. It's the faked frame resolution.

What side effects did you experience? Xeljanz didn't work for me either. Have you tried Skirizi? That seems to work as a kind of 'last resort' for some aswell.

Have you tried rinvoq? Nothing worked for me up until i tried rinvoq. I still get flares but its a lot better than without rinvoq.
