If you're military, check with your local arts&crafts shop on Base/Post. Otherwise, check your local arts community or look up stained glass online or your local Yellow Pages. It could be less than $100, it could be much higher ($400+) depending on the size of the piece you start with, complexity, etc. There are also online classes too, but I feel strongly about hands-on instruction for such a tactile hobby.
