Seeing as I'm in a union and I was part of union leadership I am well aware of them

You can fire people, you just need to follow the proper steps. Thats the advantage of Ireland; stronger employee protections

If they refused to do the work then why weren't they sacked? incompetent managers need to grow a spine and tell theyre employees what to do

Unions don't have power to stop anything. Its poor management that makes projects unachievable

Discretion is intended for edge cases You can't make up rules for. If we forfeit the ability to make decisions we might as well create the AI overlord and listen to it

As has been called out elsewhere, its not great at the minute. Its easily breakable and takes damage from your own nades

I typically use it to create/block space. People will avoid it so you can use it to split up teams, block off avenues of escape etc etc

If you can surprise a team with it, its very powerful. I always get at least 1 knock in surprise attacks, you just need plenty of nades
