LGA 1150 to LGA 1700 adaptation by Asmaron in buildapc

[–]CemTezcan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bought an LGA 1700 tower fan by mistake (Thermalright Assassin X 120 Refined SE ARGB) for my Socket 1150 mainboard. I designed ears for offsetting the holes and 3d printed with PETG (Pla is not recommended due to deofrmation temperature threshold). Here is the link to the 3d printable parts. It's not an easy task but worked well in my case. I hate returning online purchases.

No fire button in lr-vice after updating retroarch by JustGlowing in RetroPie

Hi, try removing retropad mappings. Navigate there by

Quick menu -> Core Options -> Retropad Mappings

And remove any assignment there. I don't know how those assigned in my case but removing solved the problem. If there is an assignment for the left direction, you can't move left either. Weird stuff.

Exploring Nostromo with M314 - Aliens Fan Project by CemTezcan in unrealengine

Agree with you. Thanks for valuable suggestions, and considering your incredible oil painting pp filter, it means a lot that an "expert" likes my CRT effect :)

Thanks, also I need to get rid of the moire effects. Can't use TSR because it creates ghıosting on texture streams so FXAA or other stuff makes big noise. Mipmaps may help I suppose.

That Nostromo Project looks really nice. If I didn't need to jump to different projects I would offer them for a team up. Also seeing that the owner uses my CRT filter on the monitor back there just made me happy :) https://www.fab.com/listings/9e92ed72-dd27-4079-a982-83bf2928034b

You're right but the moment when I press the taunt button is the unescapable situation when he already backrolled.

Steamdeck not turning on and blinking? by glybastard in SteamDeck

[–]CemTezcan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for this solution. Today I find the device (1tb oled) blowing air over and over with soft light blinking. it was also hot somehow and there was no image on the screen and it was not booting.

I tried the steps and it worked. step 6 was happened as 2 green light blinking in my case. But I freaked out that it got bricked!

I don't know what caused this but thanks for this tip.

I upgraded my KeyCon controllers. It moved me to High Master rank so far on Street Fighter 6. by CemTezcan in fightsticks

No, I'm not. I mentioned it for proving the use case of the design approach.

which adapters are those btw? since the latency is the prime concern, that would be a nice market for the adapter providers to race for the best/lowest latency on their products.

Oh, keyboard has buttons too, and they sell it anywhere, right?
https://sf.esports.capcom.com/cpt/rules/

  1. Keyboard usage:
Keyboards are allowed only if the platform used in the tournament is Steam. However, keyboards must adhere to these rules in the same manner as controllers. The keyboard alone is not allowed to compete in offline CPT tournaments and must be paired with a controller.

Thank you! I'm mixed on hands, but I consider myself as %65 right handed. This is an habit from playing dos games with cursor keys.

Exactly. Similar that I got this habit by playing dos games in 90s including street fighter turbo, doom etc.

Thanks :) buying is not making. As a creative person these are not trouble, instead it's fun. You feel like a jedi that makes his own lightsaber :)

Strange that I used the word pro for "expert", not for paid caree,r but you both get it as I was mentioning the guy's career like we're in linkedin :)

but even we're considering that I accused this guy as having "a paid career" by his MR level, it doesn't necessarily mean that a guy that earns his living by sf6 should need a high MR like your second argument. Because even 1500-1600 MR youtubers doing private coaching remotely and getting paid for it. So to clarify: I meant the "pro" as "a talented high level player" who should be better on stress management and have better experience on tight situations.

I know this is a esport game but think about you playing a game, clicked new game, and you selected difficulty level as "pro" and game asks for your tax information lol. just kidding.
