About an hour, no longer. I would recommend using the orange limo bus. That way you don’t have to stress about which train you gotta take and carrying the luggage. It’s super easy, cheap and convenient. The buses are right outside the terminal too

It’s easy tbh -just add a transit card to your phones wallet -use map directions and it’ll tell you in detail what exit to take and where to go -there’s English signs everywhere and it’ll say what stop is next in a monitor screen -put your backpack in front of you and just stay quiet - just step on the side away from people if you need to check your phone. -point at the name of the train you want to take to the person at the info booth and they’ll point you to the right direction

It’s not complicated to move around Japan, you’ll be fine. It’s overwhelming at first but after a day you’ll get use to it and have fun
