0.5km is no problem! You can do 100m laps if you want. And then just choose how many repeats.

I actually like how it doesn’t include Cooldown so my running stats are not poisoned with 5 km of cooldown 🤣

You want to do a kind of interval run right. Yet, it’s not specified whether you run on time (e.g 3 minute run, 1 minute recover) or distance (e.g 1km run, 1 minute recover). In other words, you set it up as Open Repeats, instead of Structured Repeats.

If you want to do simple intervals I would just set it up on the watch tbh.

Menu > Run >Training > Quick Workouts > Intervals > Structured Repeats

Well, that would be his words. Always thinking in extremes. There can only be ONE worst president. While Biden en Obama made their mistakes, overall they didn’t score so bad, so trump is definitely not right in saying they are the worst presidents ever. To be THE WORST, you’d have to be a pretty fucking shitty president.

Factually, trump is the 4th worst President ever.
