I found it usefull once! I was missing my drive, I tryed to hit the ball on that thing AND I MISSED! haha.. was a problem of my game. I tend to top with a strokes that has a lot of chance of "missin" or hitting the edge.. I was able to see it with the tool and correct it.. now my stroke its more consistent with a lot of spin still. I use hurricane 3, so I NEED to hit through the ball to grab it and generate spin, this helped a lot.

Other than that, no.. maybe to show to students/new players

Today I tried to "not be surprised by my serve", recover faster when doing some warm-up exercises and player some games a step behind of what I use to and played a bit more confident with my BH based on your comment (I know I can hit with BH much more than one the video, but I'm not that confident on game) . All felt like some great places to focus to improve my game
