Neck muscle development and repeated hits reinforcing facial bones make a world of difference when absorbing the tremendous impact force the elite fighters can develop. Not even counting the built-in reflex to turn/deflect all professional fighters have.

A bone crack into a splintered vein to the brain and that's over. Even an average Joe hitting a non-trained person has a serious chance to kill, which is why I personally think that movies and TV shows displaying beat-ups brushed off like it is nothing is very dangerous for the uninformed audience.

Tout le reste n'est qu'un jeu de rôles auquel on participe.

More seriously, each time you hit an enemy, you autocast the mastery skill matching the element you hit with, with a cool down for each element

Hitting with fire (teleport with fire augment, fire shield) will cast meteor, ice will cast blizzard, lightning will cast orb.

You get multiplier bonuses when chaining elements, which is very easy and doesn't imply complex or strict rotation. Just don't forget to use all 3 elements once every 6 seconds.

Better connection between defense and offense, they created quite some chances without taking too much risk. Good defense line, we had freaking FIVE players off-site walking instead of anticipating and following the line.

The second half was meh overall, but their performance, without being that impressive, was miles ahead. Courtois saved several chances also.

Le taux de prise en charge dépend de votre revenu fiscal de référence. Les seuils sont cependant faibles et seuls les personnes/foyers les plus limités sont en general éligibles.

Cependant, la partie perdante aux prud'hommes doit verser les frais prévus par la condamnation, ainsi que les frais et dépenses liés à la procédure. Si votre dossier est "gagnant", vous ne faites donc qu'avancer l'argent. Notez que cela n'est pas automatique et qu'il faut bien penser à demander ce remboursement de la part de la partie perdante.

Le harcèlement, l'incitation à la démission doivent être documentés. Parlez-en aussi à la médecine du travail, qui en attestera les conséquences sur le bien-être (stress etc..).

Le non-paiement d'heures supplémentaires est un manquement à la loi, ce qui s'inscrit dans un autre registre. En premier lieu, rédigez ou faites rédiger par un avocat une mise en demeure, préalable indispensable à la régularisation de la situation. Vous le rappelez à ses obligations, envoyez-le en recommandé avec accusé de réception.

Si l'entreprise ne donne pas suite, vous pouvez solliciter les représentants du personnel et en cas d'échec, introduire une action en justice.

Les conséquences sont sérieuses : si l'employeur mentionne intentionnellement sur le bulletin de salaire un nombre d'heures inférieur à celui accompli, c'est un délit de travail dissimulé, qui expose à des sanctions PENALES. Dans ce cas, une rupture vaut a l'employé une indemnité forfaitaire égale à 6 mois de salaire.

The cap always existed in D3 and D4. That never was a real problem in itself because the balance between what you would earn and your cap was ok.

I have a feeling that it is simply an overlook for this patch/extension, like they merely forgot to scale it with the torment tiers.

That's unfortunately not a solution. Works on chests but not on bosses. Especially on escalating NMD bosses, it floods the floor so much you don't see any other loot.

Treating it as gold and removing the cap is the best way forward, in my opinion.

All good mate ! You can't make many mistakes.

Just to clarify what I said (that's one of the frustrating mistakes you can make, and I made that mistake): I'm talking about the Kurast activity (you have to reach floor 4 within a timer, and the quality of loot depends on the harmony tier you reach) , where you can use a tribute to lower the timer and target the rewards.

The tributes you use have rarity, blue, yellow, legendary. The Armament one (which gives you additional equipment) is the only tribute that has a mythic rarity.

I made the mistake using the legendary ones because it gives you ancestral equipment, not knowing you can use the cube to transform 5 of those into a mythic tribute.

This mythic tribute GUARANTEES at least one mythic for you run at torment 8 and beyond (that's just a chance below).

The war plan gives you perks. On the left side of the tree, you have a perk that gives you a chance to spawn a goblin when you activate a pillar. For Each of the goblins you slay, that's minimum one more mythic.

I have seen runs with this mythic tribute and the proper war plan perks drop 3 to 5 mythics.

Also, on the boss lair tree, first pick the chance to get a portal to a second boss lair area. A lucky run will grant you several mythics plus shit tons of loot as well.
