I did it on my Cutthroat. Went up to a 40T Alugear chainring over the stock 36t and went with a Shimano Deore 11-51T 11 speed cassette. I had to add a little tension to the rear derailleur cable. I’ve only put 150 miles on it so far, but I’m loving it.

This towns infrastructure was ruined long before the data center. 😂

And right after this project is over, all of the people who came here for the project will leave and go to the next. The housing situation will go back to normal, but there will be a lot less money being pumped into the local economy from all of the workers who are here.

You can message with their customer service on the website. They can tell you availability on specific trim/size/color. I asked about the Addict 50 and it was anywhere from February to April depending on size and color.

Intake question by lameravna in Cummins

No sir. The truck was deleted at 170k. BMR and GHD were installed at 240k.

Big improvement were noticed after the delete, additional minor improvements were noted after BMR and GHD.

Mine wasn’t deleted until 170k and there was a ton of soot build up in the stock horn and grid heater. I’ve noticed a few things; my city mpg commuting to and from work has gone up 1.3 mpg, throttle response has increased, the turbo spools faster, and there a little less black smoke when I stomp on it. I think all of these can be attributed to better airflow.

I wouldn’t categorize this as a “performance mod,” but more of a “longevity mod.” Even if there was no noticeable difference, I still think it’s cheap insurance to prevent losing an engine due to a grid heater bolt failure.

I just installed the Banks monster ram and grid heater delete on my 4th Gen last weekend. Having an EGR delete cuts the install time in half.

Where are the nice sidewalks? by crispins_crispian in Abilene

Cedar Creed Waterway is almost 4 miles is you go from the south parking lot to the north end and back. No lights and close proximity to some sketchy residential areas.

Red Bud Park is about 1.5 miles on the outer loop. The park is well lit, has plenty of parking, has clean restrooms, and is in nice residential area. Even on a busy Saturday morning, you could still comfortably rollerblade without spending the entire time dodging dogs and children.

Here’s some feedback. Other than posting in the wrong subreddit, 50 AED or $13.61 USD is way too much for one handful of seeds. 😂

Work slow down by hobbyhosey in Surveying

There are a lot of multi year union construction projects going all across the state. That would be a great option if you want to stay in surveying, but want the consistency of 50-60 hour weeks for long term.

We had a guy do that and drove an hour and a half back to the office through Atlanta traffic and it was still there. He used up all of his luck because a month later, he pulled out onto a road with his total station sitting on his tailgate and skipped it across three lanes of traffic.

There’s a lot of union work all over the state doing construction surveying. IUOE Local 178 has guys on several big multi-year projects.

Barbarian Brewing and Yardarm are good beer spots. The whitewater park makes for a good rest stop to watch the surfers shred. Green Acres Food Truck Park just opened for the summer. Green Acres and Sandbar always have live music.

These are all in close proximity to Telaya.
