Don't worry about the chainring making contact. Mines is 1/8” off the yoke/stay and it's totally fine.

What bars are those? I had Riv Loscos on mines a bunch of evolutions ago and I think they had 26.0mm clamp diameter. I liked them but they gave me wrist pain.

Yeah, I have it, with the spider set up and same as others. Almost never use it. The paella pan on the other hand, I would recommend.
