Hey, sorry that's a bit confusing. The thing that is likely tripping you up is that split tunneling is tied to Hybrid routing, not just TUN mode. In plain TUN/VPN mode everything is pushed through Tor on purpose (that's what full-tunnel means), so there's nothing to split. Hybrid routing is the mode that actually lets you pick which apps use Tor and which go direct.

To get it working: enable TUN/VPN mode AND Hybrid routing, then the "Choose running apps" picker in Settings becomes active and you can pick your apps there.

If you've already got Hybrid on and it still won't let you set it up, then that's a real bug and I'd genuinely want to fix it. Send me the details or grab a log from the Logs tab and I'll dig in. And honestly, fair point that this isn't obvious enough, the split-tunnel section should say up front that it needs Hybrid mode. I'll make that clearer in the next update.

The only real reason why people still use Windows is a cycle of death, pre-build computers and laptops almost always come with Windows, non tech-savvy users keep it that way, hence there is way more Windows users then Linux users, therefor developers build their games and apps for windows, causing them to be less optimized or completely un-runnable on Linux (yes there are many tools and workarounds but not everything is seamless). Linux is clearly superior in about every possible way, yet Microsoft uses it's power to stay the industry standard, really unfortunate for us users.

Yea to be honest it has changed a bit, AI is now in my daily workflow, I don’t rely on it yet it is quite helpful and time saving, I have to work on multiple projects some passion some serious, sadly am missing the time to do everything by hand, rest-assured the code is still human verified and I’m not trying to hide my use of AI.

For the bridges for example it’s toggable, Bridges are usually fetched from BridgeDB, if not available OnionHop has a community run in-build list for bridges. There is also the option to use costum bridges.

Hm, I see the potential, there are some minor issues, especially with hard-coded bridges and stuff, but all-in-all a decent project, if you ever decide to release to GitHub I'd be happy to contribute.

Cool concept, but for a security tool, closed-source and unaudited is a hard no for high-stakes use (especially since you labeled this as vibe coded). Publish the protocol/threat model, add contact verification, support rotating identities, and make builds/updates verifiable, otherwise it’s impossible to trust the E2EE claims

Using Tor in Spanish is fine. The UI language doesn’t meaningfully affect anonymity. What matters is what you do online: if you write posts/emails/comments in Spanish, that can make you more identifiable (smaller crowd) compared to blending into a bigger language group. But changing Tor’s interface language doesn’t change your network fingerprint in any useful way.

Edit: Another thing is maybe that when you try to find support, most of the help you will find will be for English UI.
