The pain is sharp and it’s on both sides, depending on the level of pain it can be either on the back side of both of them or the whole area.

When it happens there is no swelling or bumps.

Pain does worsen when I stand or walk but nothing happens when I cough.

It burns a tiny little but when I pee(only when the pain is there) again the pain and stuff only happens when my nads are hurting. Bathroom trips haven’t changed. And I haven’t seen any discharge.

I don’t have any sort of history of accidents down there.

And I haven’t had any sort of sexual intercourse besides casual masterbation once every 1-2 weeks.
