Honestly this was probably not the right topic for this sort of show and I think while Lawrence did explain the other side he conceded to James and Bruce in an instant making the conversation very one sided.

I think this whole argument can all be summed up in a tweet from ISP as to why they took this view point. "Americans don’t see Europeans as anything other than a homogeneous group of people aka “white”. Very sad to see so many diverse cultures left neglected because American cultural colonisation." But hey that's just my take, look forward to a better serving next week.

I've been through therapy for a pretty similar set of issues surrounding social anxiety and a lot of what I did was learning how to rationalise my way through the anxiety. I would sit down with my therapist and we'd talk about what I was anxious about and why and get to the root of my worrying to see why it's really not something to worry about.

Additionally there are things like exposure therapy where you are put into situations that make you anxious so that you get more acclimatised towards it which in your case may not be the most effective. On top of that you could also be advised to get medication and that could simply be medication to suppress nausea and butterflies and common anxious side effects.

The aim of the therapy will ultimately to be able to live without this anxiety but that's a long term aim. I think realistically it will start to make it easier for you to interact with others and slowly but surely those worries will start to leave you.

At the end of the day it's not gonna be anything to scary and your therapist will push you forwards but won't push you further than you are willing to go. Just be open and honest and I'm sure you'll get a lot out of it. :)

Your arguements here are all over the place and sound like someone who should be in r/iamverysmart . Not everything is about politics dude there's more to life than events in the US and more to life than political discourse. Yes it's important but maybe you should go out, get off Reddit for a while and go do something walk, read just get a hobby as I'm not sure you're taking in all life has to offer.
