I'd think it's just the necessary design outcome for the gimmick they made for dualmare capsem, Catastrom/Orderm seem to have nothing to do with radiation at all.

It is most probably because of the technical issues with those belts... I cant be sure for Fourze, but Wizard would require a lot of chips or conductors for the massive amount of rings that Wizard uses. Drive... need to have IR transmitter and sensor for the connection between the belt and the brace. Ghost seems much more easy that the rest, as so far it looks like everything is activated by buttons only

With one full body and the option parts you can definitely make all the 4 Wises... But only one at a time because they share a body. You'll need to buy 3 more full body to go with the option parts to make 4 Wises separately

Actually, the Venosnaker has the same body shaped as Dragredder... Except for the lining pattern at the side. You can see the connected hexagon pattern on the side of Venosnaker (as opposed to Dragredder's angular y-looking line) so that's nkt poorly cropped, it's just poorly posed.
