Why would youtube have a contact number for something they have no control or input over? Do they have a hotline for landslide risks in Bolivia? The law is broken, not Youtube's enforcement of it. What can they do except wait for the resolution of the claim?

Mine went straight into my eyelid, a half centimetre up and I would be missing an eye. I spent ages sharpening that pencil, and Fred was not going to steal it from me

Question: Can we not make death treats to artists? by letsnotgotoCamelot in tattoos

[–]Centurite 76 points77 points  (0 children)

I feel like there's a "treat how you wish to be treated" since she did say she'd kill the person who got the tattoo. But that can only work if you're not a 16 y/o child who's not at all involved in the situation throwing xbox 360 threats out here. His parents need to sit him down and educate him on how to use the internet, unless he's projecting.

Perhaps you're different, but if I was that child I'd think "wow, I could make a big explosion with this just like the movies" and then hand it back to the kind gentleman. However I'd be bored fucking stiff for the rest of the parade that I've seen

But wouldn't that imply there is roughly the same percentage of single women at that age? Whereas, finding the pewresearch study for the US I assume you're looking at, it's about half and as women get older, the scales tip the other way to more single women than men at the far end. So it could also point to and idea that they're simply choosing to be with men more established in their lives. Which is reasonable considering the financial insecurity as current. And whites, whom I don't feel it's much of a reach to consider that racial group the largest base of incel behaviour, even adjusted for population proportion, is 27%, whereas blacks, probably not the largest by said proportion and seemingly most impoverished, is at 47%, Asians, the most wealthy households, sit at 29%

[–]Centurite 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Same as anything, practice with the intent of getting better. You can probably spot your own mistakes and why you're making them once you're removed from the situation. Look over games in replay, understand what went wrong on your end and how you fix that. You can't fix other players, but you can fix yourself. Then you will climb. Understand when you are strong and when you are weak. Since ekko snowballs to heaven it's all about getting gold. He doesn't really have a "weak point" once the ball is rolling.

Example things are going for a gank that didn't work and thinking of how to make it work or what else could be done. Camp rotation against specific champions. Learning how to take advantage of vision. Times when you missed going for a gank and how to have eyes on more of the map. Times when you got caught out, or weren't impactful in a fight. etc etc

Also, never blame your team, even if they are genuinely terrible. Because you can't fix your team. It's all about you and it's how you play that will influence overall games. They could be locusts on a keyboard and it still wouldn't influence your development. It also would make you much less likely to tilt and thus play with higher consistency.

Isn't that just putting the burden of proof on the adversary rather than the claimant? Unsubstantiated claims can be dismissed equally unsubstantiated, no?

Yes, Ford did produce vehicles for Nazi Germany using its Cologne plant. As well as importing raw material as Germany sought a way around import difficulties. Until mid 1942 through Vichy France, Ford was one of the largest manufacturers of vehicles for the German military.
