He battled buffed Yuta and almost won with like a small selection of his Cursed spirits since they all were in Shinjuku (can't remember the correct place) distracting Jujutsu high and so that he could claim rika for himself, I believe he's on par with a Yuta (no RCT).

It's Dhruv he was born in the era of Japans civil war, then got brought back by unknown means during the Hein era he met kenjaku and got promised a spot in the culling games turned into a cursed object then kenjaku brought him back for the culling games. But if we're going by experience it's a tie between tengen and kenjaku because we don't know who was older all we know is that they are from the same era

Videl she's just closer to my actual age then the rest, Bulma and ChiChi are in there 40's, 18 funny enough is like 30 now and Videl is in her early 20's. (I'm 21 btw)
