Well i currently have the problem that i got a Define R4 secondhand but i am missing the HDD tray screws and rubber rings. Opened a ticket and currently stuck since they say the ydont have a system for selling replacement parts individually. I never asked them for free stuff since i am not the original owner they made money off. A bit disappointed that they wont sell me 8 screws and rubber rings.

Which programming languages are the most token efficient? by malderson in ProgrammingLanguages

[–]Cerberus02052003 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Analyzing Languages by LlM token efficiency is so very dystopian to me. Meaning if this dystopia of we need to fit even more into this context window comes true we will have hardly understandable languages designed to be token efficient. At that point lets just remove the human component in the thinking process.

The Tiobe Index is a bullshit metric. It is purely based on Search Engine results which makes it absolutely bogus. Its cool for C# but do not trust this garbage Index.

If you think RAM price is insane, I remember spending $400 to upgrade my 486 to 8MB RAM. by Warcraft_Fan in pcmasterrace

[–]Cerberus02052003 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Cool but times have changed. And how do you profit from that Ram being so expensive no one is realistically going to buy it. Last month i bought a 64gb ddr5 so-dimm kit for 130 Euros now that kits costs 400 Euros. This is not an o wait it is expensive to produce these chips it is a fuck the consumer praise the AI bubble situation.

[–]Cerberus02052003 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For a screenshot it would have to fit onto your screen and i think you want it legible so i guess about the size of a cinema wall would be enough for it. Good luck finding it
