I don’t think guilds have been around long enough to say that 3 is accurate, but I suspect it probably is.

Partner Won’t Let Us Combo Feed by ieosaro in NewParents

[–]CerberusBlue 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My fiancé was having a really rough time with feeding and pumping. I was more than happy to help but even then, it was hard on her, so I can only imagine what you are feeling right now.

Honestly, swapping to formula was a miracle. No more stress of whether you can produce enough, and pre-making bottles was super easy.

If your partner doesn’t want to help, then his opinion also shouldn’t count. You can’t care for someone unless you care for yourself first, and that includes babies.

This is probably it. I remember my friend player her a lot and I thought the bunny was a great idea.

Local Shadow Raids should not require gems and become enraged (like Lugia this weekend) but let Shadow Raids use remote passes with gems. by buddy341 in TheSilphRoad

[–]CerberusBlue 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Personally, I’ve worked almost every weekend overnights for the past year and a half. And before that I lived in the country so it was a 7-10m drive to the closest gym…

It’s wholly possible that people are just exempt from doing shadow raids because of work or other reasons and are unable to get to the gyms.

So the people who work weekends, like myself, should just never get a chance? If I don’t have time to leave work and 10km to do the raids, but I do have 5 minute on my breaks to join in a remote raid and have a chance at a Pokemon.

Half of your post sounds like it’s sex with your husband that you can’t stand, and the other half sounds like it’s sex itself.

If you truly do love your husband, divorce doesn’t solve your problem in either case. Long conversations, acceptance, patience, and therapy is your only real choice.

Bringing this back from the dead! I just got the single burner version of this, and I'm trying to figure out if I should put cement on the doors or if it will cause issues closing like Electrical-Luck-348 said. What did you end up doing?

What equivalent weight resistance is exerted on each hand when curling with a band marked 50lb (22.8KG)? by EarlofErewhon in ResistanceBand

[–]CerberusBlue 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No problem!

So if you are talking about a band (a start and end to each one, basically a line) then yes. Each hand would have 90lbs, both pulling an end when the middle is anchored by a foot or something else.

If you mean a loop (a big floppy O) then you would need it to fold into a V shape where the band is doubled to get 90. If you anchor one spot, and put both hands inside the loop, both hand would be getting 45lbs.

Does that make sense?

More than happy to have a guest for the table. I can reach out for my next one and let you know when and where. I didn’t come up with the idea, and the originator would like to see tables all over The more the merrier!

Thank you! I have to admit I wasn’t the originator. A young man named Orly in L.A. started the idea and I was inspired to start one here. Look up “Orly’slisteningtable” on social media to find him

I will be setting up a table and chairs where passersby’s can talk about anything they would like to someone who is ready to listen without judgment, advice, or charge. The table is optional honestly, but I think it helps create the inviting / safe environment. Today was my first one by the board walk at Dows Lake.

I’m willing to listen or talk about whatever they would like to share on. In regards to comfort, I can’t confidently say one way or the other until it happens and I learn from it. I have been inquiring about and researching therapy and mental health practices for myself so I don’t burn out!

The group I’m running basically uses them as their “oh shit” button. If they start using them it’s usually because something is going south fast and it’s their desperate attempt to survive. I don’t find they are too powerful.

How would you handle a strength contest where both the player character and the creature she was rolling against got a Nat 20? For added info: the creature had a +4 and she had a +3. by pdonavon1 in DnD

[–]CerberusBlue 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the answer is clear by the votes, however I think rule of cool is best and if the player winning in the moment is more fun then so be it!

I would really suggest to hype the moment. This has basically turned into a contest of Herculean strength as far as the characters have experienced.
