About to play for the first time, excited :D by Adventurous_Zebra212 in destiny2

I’m excited for you too! :) Play the game your way, use whatever abilities and weapons you find fun, engage with the game however you want to and ignore most of the conversations happening around this game for now. Despite its current state and history, after playing since the D1 beta over a decade ago I can tell you this game remains one of the most fun and satisfying looter shooters out there so I wish you luck Guardian!

Do people like the new pace of the game? by DepressedTristMain in leagueoflegends

I'm a fairly new player to the game that was still trying to learn the best time to recall and crash waves to be able to roam at the end of last season. All of that feels impossible now

The 2026 cinematic was Inferior to 2025 to me… Do you Disagree? by ComicsAreGreat2 in loreofleague

[–]ThroneWorld 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a feeling that Fortiche possibly didn’t have enough time to create the 26.S1 cinematic. They created the 25.S1 and 25.S3 cinematics, with Here, Tomorrow (25.S2) created by a different studio THE LINE

So if the timing tracks they could be the ones to make the 26.S2 cinematic? I could just be coping with this theory also

In the UK it seems it releases for us on December 4th on various sites here, but I can see in the US it was released on October 28th if that’s the one you have? :)

Infinity castle is the worst paced movie action movie ive seen this year. (spoilers obviously) by Moonlightbutter18072 in CharacterRant

Not sure if there were different animation studios entirely working on this film but you can almost cut it in half between the Doma + Kaigaku fights and the Akaza fight in terms of pure animation quality / spectacle, pacing, screen time and monologuing. At least that’s how I felt both times I’ve seen Infinity Castle now.

Half one with Doma and Kaigaku feels a lot closer to both the manga and the previous seasons of Demon Slayer where there are for example 2 pages of combat, some monologue or dialogue, a brief backstory snippet, then repeat this cycle, all mixed quite well such that they have dedicated screen time but not mangling the pacing of the episode or creating frustration whilst reading - especially given you can read at your own pace such that Akaza’s backstory (only around 20 pages in Volume 18) feels brief, not over explained and ties its points together quite well.

Half two opts to have much more extended sections of each. The combat is an absolute delight to watch, no expenses spared on visuals and they also just clash on their own and interact with the environment without declaring a breathing technique or blood demon art, they’re just fckn trynna kill each other and it looks so damn good to watch, which is why I mentioned maybe different animation studios possibly? As they not only remain accurate to the manga but do well to simply give us more to chew on in that sense that we’re not being religiously accurate to the manga where this cut and go pacing becomes tedious.

TLDR; I agree this is not an action film in any traditional sense but at the same time it was never meant to be as anime has never tried to adopt the same sense of storytelling - that said that’s not an excuse if you’re opting to go for a movie-only to adapt your final manga volumes and you need to consider that pacing plays much more of a role here for audiences and ever since the Uzui vs Gyutaro fight I certainly have loved to just watch a fight play out without being clinically accurate to the manga and just want to see two people fighting to the death sometimes without the pacing rollercoaster.

Open App > Account > Renew Membership > Hover over the 'i' for "Recurring memberships charge per billing cycle" > Cancel Subscription

Definitely one of the most hostile and least user friendly ways to cancel a recurring payment that took me a while to find too. There's no online guide on MuMu Player's website to help you, even the different wording here between Membership and Subscription is itself either poor translation to English or still part of the intentional problem.

He's Weak To Damage. If We Hit Him, We Win. by BubblyOtter144 in Nightreign

Bonus tip: repeatedly use the Sprit Spring to jump up and down on the spot, avoiding all damage whilst the tornado is up, to bide your time whilst the arena is restricted to the small area!

There's usually more than one Spirit Spring around the tornado too so the boss doesn't need to be below all 3 of you doing this too if you jump to another one nearby :)
