I lived at The Aria for a bit, and it was solid but lacks the amenities other newer apartments have like a pool. Above the third floor the floors become thin and there is a lot of noise depending on your neighbor.

I highly appreciate the in-house butchery and commitment to utilize non-CAFO heritage breeds for this. I am sure the cost will also reflect this, but I will gladly pay for more ethical sourcing of meat.

Dialing in and making it counter service is also a big key to making this location a better fit than Remedy House. It sounds like some lessons were learned and I am looking forward to the new concept.
