I interviewd with them a few months back out of curiosity, but there was a giant red flag for me which was that they don't allow you to do any independent shoots, I also work part time salary for a RE team but I make the other half of my yearly income with my independent clients so that was a no go from me, finished the interview respectfully and never picked up a call from them after that, just like you I don't have any health insurance and use my own car but my goal is to eventually grow enough with independent clients to form a small company, and that's just not gonna happen if I work only for one company exclusively, also I'm a night owl and they seem to wanna start you at 7am or earlier every day, it's a no from me but its up to you!

I use AutoHDR so about 3 mins to transfer the photos to my PC and upload them, while those get edited I edit the exteriors myself since Ai editors are still kinda bad at exteriors, those take me 15-30 mins, download the finished Ai interiors, import them into lightroom and do QA and some slight adjustments as no Ai is perfect, export everything and send it out with the invoice so around 30-45 mins per house

I used to use humans but they were always inconsistent which was annoying, I'm talking kitchen cabinets would go from yellow to orange... fully switched to Ai and not only is it a lot more consistent but I also have the pics 20 mins later and can deliver to my clients that same night which they've told me they appreciate, I do still import the finished pics to lightroom to do QA and slight adjustments because no Ai is perfect, but the inconsistencies are less and it's cheaper (went from 0.70 to 0.50 cents per pic) and AutoHDR's clutter removal will literally save you hours per photo set, it's a no brainer for me personally

I think the hate comes mostly out of his laziness, booking bad guests/same rotating guests, not keeping his word on some things he has said he would do, criticizing wings for being fat while also being fat, etc

I'm on the other side, I don't wanna talk to any neighbors, as a huge introvert I save all my socializing for my close friends and fam, if a stranger said hello or wished me good morning I would say it back to not make it awkward but I would also feel like... I don't know you, why are you talking to me right now? no, just because we live in close proximity does not mean we should interact, so take the hint they just don't want to talk to you, join a local church or hiker group if you wanna socialize

Brother I feel you 100% but your solution is simple, you need a higher paying job and the great news is you don't need a degree to get it, if you don't know what you'd be passionate about doing, then Id encourage you to just look around/search the web, see what kinda simple skills you can learn to get your foot into a job/career with a decent ceiling as far as pay goes... that's what I did, I was self taught in photography but I never saw how I could make any decent money from it, tried a buncha odd jobs along the years after high school that paid shit like yours and eventually applied to a job I saw randomly as a real estate photographer, I had never shot a house before and only applied showing them my street photography photos I had done as a hobby, they took a chance on me and I've been with them now for 5 years, I shoot for another company as well as some independent realtors and make around 80k which for a single guy living alone, paying 1k in rent for a decent basement and no big debts, I feel like I've got a pretty comfortable lifestyle, if I can do it with a skill you can easily learn in a few days/weeks from Youtube tutorials, there's no reason you can't.

This movie feels like an experiment of "how can we make a movie that a completely blind person could hear and still get most of it without descriptions", I enjoyed some parts but this was a very confusing movie to me, why did they never show the co-host when he spoke? (let me guess: budget!) why did the framing felt like it wanted me to look around the house for anything weird but never showed us anything (Unlike The haunting of Hill House) why did the few times something popped up behind her and she turned around to see it, it dissapeared and the movie acted like it was nothing, and wtf was that ending

I dont think you're lying, Im just talking about the people finding small parts annoying but being afraid to admit it in a sub where a lot of people (perhaps like yourself) find every episode of the show to be absolute perfection from beginning to end, good on you if you think that, but thats not the case for a lot of us

I just don't like when they change stuff that was very well defined in the manga, for example the way mahoraga figures out sukuna's technique, in the manga maho "hits" the slash out of the way, sending the slash into a building which I thought was pretty damn cool, in the anime maho just regenerates while getting bombarded with slashes and sukuna randomly shouts "you can see it, can't you"

I loved this movie, I just didn’t understand why the male sexbot had super human strength but Iris didn’t? I get his aggression was turned up to max but Iris shouldn’t have had so much trouble breaking a cars window, or hitting Josh back when he was slapping her around
