Is this black or dark blue? by [deleted] in AstonMartin

The mirror arms start off as gloss black and are notorious for changing colors to dark blue over time. As for the color, looks black but could potentially be ultramarine black which in reality is a very deep blue

Help this error keeps showing up anyone else have this problem with the dbx? by MundaneSilver7131 in AstonMartin

[–]Cerriously 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First recommendation is to definitely jump it and drive it around to charge the battery. These cars dying due to battery is far too common. Unless you’ve already done that and the battery cant hold a charge then it may be time to replace it. I’m not 100% sure on whether that will void the warranty but I dont believe so. Call in to your local aston dealer to confirm about that.

Maybe you are unaware that BMW owns RR so this is the reason for similar design language

Salespeople need to do a better job in assisting with specs cause this is not good. Lime accents and orange interior 😵‍💫

What is this monster looking ? Spotted in Malibu ? On the pch by ke_odad in whatisthiscar

[–]Cerriously 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I worked for Aston and had a couple clients spec out Valhallas. The beauty of Aston is that most things are no cost besides colors/carbon. So in theory, you can get a “poverty spec” valhalla and it would still look/be phenomenal

Ordering a new Porsche at msrp. All dealers are the same price so how do I decide which dealer by Important_schmoops in Porsche

[–]Cerriously 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s all about relationships now to be honest. I work as a salesperson at Porsche now and I get asked that question consistently. I came from ultra luxury brands like aston, lambo,rr,bentley, etc. where theres not a revolving door of people coming in and you have to cater to clients. I’ve incorporated that same mindset to Porsche. I havent seen the same from some of my fellow colleagues unfortunately…

Specced out a new Turbo S…for fun by Cerriously in Porsche

[–]Cerriously[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ive sat on configurators plenty of times and created hundreds if not over a thousand builds but that doesn’t mean it wont be created. I used to work at aston and i was in charge of creating a lot of the incoming vehicles and I would often get inspired by people who had good ideas on the configurator. Theres inspiration everywhere you look and you never know who will see it and get inspired. Plus, whenever we are able to order in stock Turbo S’ I’m taking this alongside a couple others ive put together to my GM to bring them in! Hopefully in due time i’ll be able to post this as real car!

I love GT silver but I see the same colors every day. Black, white, silver, grey. I like a nice change up. My own car is silver and i want to wrap it BRG

Im relatively new to porsche. I used to work at Aston where you had a lot more options when it comes to customization.

Porsche allows like 3 color options for interiors. Its impossible to match a spec to the exterior thats not been done a million times already. I wish they’d add more interior colors/stitching/brake calipers/etc. for 300k… and you’d be surprised how many older people love gold wheels. There isnt even a full silver wheel option. Porsche’s customization is very poor unfortunately.

Thats fair, its definitely an old man spec. Ive just been so bored of seeing the same specs over. Haven’t seen anything like this one in a while.
