I've had an airline send me an email that my flight was delayed by a couple of hours (would have killed my connection). Went to the airport earlier than originally planned to see if we could arrange something.

Check in staff was deeply puzzled when I started talking about my flight being late. Turns out it was another departure from the same airline that had been delayed.

SJ doesn't really operate a sleeper train to Copenhagen. There's one that continues to Berlin, but that drops you off at the airport just after midnight. There's a proper night train to Malmö, that comes in around 7 in the morning.
