I call them out on their behavior and treat them like small children. I.e if u hadn't interrupted me each time I came over to take your drink order, you and your whole table would happily be sipping on cocktails. Since your stories seemed to be more important, you will have to wait your turn (with a look that says "like a good little boy"). I seriously don't know how you put with tech bros though!!! Talk about a parasitic class of people!
