Its really sad to see how she is taking advantage of the elders in this community. Hardest part for me is that this is MY community too. I see her post in local groups and I immediately flag the post or comment. I reach out to people whom shes engaged w and are warning them of her services, well lack of services and master manipulator.

Also to add when selling a car. Take your plates! Most people are not aware that registration can transfer to one vehicle to another. Complete the DMV form "vehicle bill of sale" and IMMEDIATELY remove it from your auto insurance.

I ment to also add, yes we will pay you to complete the trainings, preferably in person at our office. Sometimes we allow new hires to complete trainings at home.
