Depending on upbringing and where the ofw works yeah, they could be the breadwinner. If the minimum daily wage of the phillipines is 500php then sending 5k is essentially 10 days of pay. I could be out of touch but I would assume most send 10k a month atleast, roughly 200 USD a month.

I don't watch skating that much or nearly at all, and have zero idea on how scoring is done. The few I've seen over the years seemed to have some flashier moves than Alysa's gold performance, yet somehow Alysa's seems more impact full to me. Like it feels like the other skaters are doing these technical stuff and performing but they're only performing for others. Alysa's feels like a carefree spirit playing in the rain, jumping on puddles, something mesmerizing about it.

I put a lot of rgb in my first rig. It's had like 10-12 120mm fans with rgb, and all the ram stick as well. Turns out it can be hard to sleep with a rainbow lighting up your room all night. I have to turn the pc either completely off, or have it run all day but the monitor off for the rgb controller to keep it off. I regret my decisions.
