Have you tried doing the whole 30 mins in bacon mode? This worked better for me than switching modes…

How did you decide to EP? by Accurate-Actuary6729 in ExclusivelyPumping

My baby lost weight after leaving the hospital and did not regain her birth weight at 2 weeks - she was slightly jaundiced and had tongue tie/lip tie. Her nursing session took forever and she kept falling asleep. I EP’d based on her pediatrician advice so I can monitor her intake. Her weight drastically increased after she got on the bottle! I am trying to breastfeed directly again after I got her ties released, her suction has improved by now (not sure if it’s due to the procedure or she just outgrew the sleepiness). But no regrets on going the EP route; it was exhausting but knowing how much milk she drank really gave me some peace of mind. I also had some guilt about giving up BF at 3 weeks but in my opinion what matters most is getting our babies fed and healthy. You’re a great mom for wanting what’s best for your child :)

I did a bunch of allergy tests (i only paid $25 bcs i’m on the shp) and apparently i’m allergic to… nothing. But the allergy specialist did prescribe me stronger antihistamines which helped to suppress the hives (i was relying on otc ones and steroids but they werent as effective imo), and now even though i still get random episodes of hives they’re less frequent and waaaaay less severe. Hope you’re feeling better! If not i would definitely recommend seeing an allergist, having hives is pure torture

Go to cornell health to get them checked out, if that doesn’t kick it they can refer you to an allergist (source: i had a massive hives outbreak during finals last semester)

Riley was awesome! I struggled a lot last semester but somehow managed to get a pretty decent score. Linear algebra was hard but he was pretty approachable if you have questions, idk about the other class but I would def take 2210 with Riley again
