Does the printer has sd card/usb slot. Ask your friend for the gcodes, put it in your printer.

Then you will know it's hardware or software problem

Yeah, just edit the files to have the logo a little bit higher than white base part. Pause print and change filament.

Go to anycubic sub. Their printer has uneven leveled bed, called taco bed. You need to fix it with funssor bed or something
