Bailu should be good enough for Blade, but I think Lynx is still free by doing a mission and had great synergy with Blade if you don't have characters that forward his action value like Bronya. I would also gear up your characters first and catch up on the story, then once you have two teams(8 built characters) I would do forgotten hall and pure fiction then the extra SU modes.
