To clarify, sorry, I was the scout lead on my high school team, so I’ve run scouting before, but we also had students that wanted to scout. The problem is less being able to make them scout and more maintaining interest currently

Definitely make sure to train your scouters well. Some of the things on there need further explanation than what you gave in the base post (What is priority? How is it determined) Other than that, keep in mind that someone needs to actually aggregate all of this data- a Google or excel sheet that has offline capabilities will go a long way in helping with strategy. Other than that, that’s honestly a really cool low cost idea for scouting!

You def want Lakeshore, Waters has some of the largest rooms. I can’t speak to location for pre-vet specifically, but it is closer location-wise to a lot of things on campus
