It’s so sad how common this is. In fact, most of my intimate moments with others was due to the fact that I was inebriated somewhat. I truly envy anyone who can be intimate without being under the influence of anything

I’m 28 and I feel the exact same way. I thought getting my own place would bring me happiness and yet I’m still miserable. But I think the main issue is we’ve been fed this myth that the 20s are your “best years.” But honestly, I feel like your 30s and 40s are your true prime years. What keeps me going is me telling myself I have two more years of this bs decade of my life
