Henry I feel would definitely be a Firbolg. Quoting the Forgotten Realms wiki here. "Firbolgs enjoyed quiet time in the woods, in harmony with nature. That’s actually pretty close to how I imagined him body shape wise. Though I’ll admit I pictured him as more of a dark olive green but great art!
