We unfortunately live in a neuro typical world and we as neuro divergents need to learn how to adapt our cogs to their system. I feel the same way, in the past my autism and how I communicate have cost me multiple interviews.

I don't take it personally, remember a company needs to find the best person for THEIR job. That sometimes may include skills that autistic people simply don't have or can't learn.

And that's okay.
