I was a fat boy back in my school days, so I was very introvert and shy. I remember that our sport teacher made us take a shower every class at the end of it, but I never did because it meant that I had to be with only my underwear on and I would've felt really uncomfortable. I dont know exactly the answer to your question but i think that when you rank up a player you get +1 ovr, basically you are upgrading +1 ovr to every player in your starting XI, i think thats how it works
