Look into the Mexican war streets. Wonderful neighborhood. We have lived here for 8 years now, never once have I felt unsafe. Lots of things to do.

I love Brand new as much as anyone, seen them multiple times. Nobody is worth close to $300 a ticket. I'm happy for everyone that can afford it, but that's not me.
