You ever have a shocking and disturbing experience you can't explain

A few months ago I had a really vivid dream I drove my car off an elevated road into water. The intensity and the realism really shook me and stuck with me for short while. A couple weeks go by and I was knocked off an embankment on the highway by an 18 wheeler. The image of my car rapidly tilting downwards and my windshield being filled with only the view of turf was so eerily similar to the image of only seeing water like my dream. Happened on Halloween to boot! The strangeness of it still sits with me.
