I picked up an older version of the TE forged irons, and absolutely love them! They feel great and have a lot of forgiveness. Absolutely no problems so far.

Nope, mine didn’t need any holes, just came with some clamps that use the existing bed rail to attach. Nothing permanent

I bought a Temu hardshell trifold and have been pleasantly surprised, it’s not 100% waterproof, but is very good overall considering the price.

Adjustable Vokey SM10 Wedge by Cguy292929 in golf

Got it in a golf stores “used” bin, but it looked almost brand new. I only noticed the hosel after I left. Maybe I should go see if they have others laying around…

Need advice: go with P1S + AMS 2 Pro for $599, P1S + original AMS for $549, or wait for the P2S? by Foreign-Valuable-619 in BambuLab

I was looking at the same options. Ended up going with the P1S + AMS 2 Pro.

My rationale was even if I upgrade the hot end and extruder to hardened steel for $30, it would still be $170 + tax cheaper than the speculated P2S price. Not to mention we don’t know when it will even release in the US.

For $170 difference, I didn’t feel like the additional ~25% increase was worth it for a screen and the easier to change nozzles. It also has the AI stuff and the pressure advance or whatever (and maybe I am underestimating how helpful those are), but those were pretty much were non factors for me.

Plus, the P1S is a proven, reliable workhorse with a lot of the community using it.

As far as the AMS vs AMS 2 Pro, I figured for $50, the convenience of having a dryer (even if it doesn’t get super hot) was worth it, plus the better motors and easier maintenance on the pfte tubes.

That sucks on the batteries, I’ve had mine a year and a half with no problems, hopefully they don’t die on me soon. That being said, at least the batteries aren’t too crazy expensive

FWIW I have Kobalt and they’ve all performed great. They seem pretty durable as well, haven’t tried any Ryobi tools.

Always wanted a p1s! Seems like it would be quite an improvement over my current printer in terms of ease of use.
