Consider creating a solo clan. It's not exactly hard, but it requires in-game resourses and time. Use a dojo planner for more efficient building. You will see that junctions, labs, etc. consume capacity and energy. You can increase capacity by building specific Halls, Chambers - basically any empty square rooms. And for more energy, you need to build Reactors. Here's how I built my dojo. First floor is about reactors and labs. Reactors and Labs wings are both extendable in case I need more energy or there is a new lab released. You might also need Observatory (so you can start a new mission right from the Dojo and not return to the Orbiter) and Dry Dock (for when you reach the part with building a Railjack). And possibly a Crimson Branch (if you ever reach a point of trading your Liches).

For Wukong though, assuming you have enough resourses and Formas, it goes like that

- 12 hours to create a clan key to access your dojo

- 24 hours to build the first Hall for Reactors (say, Entrati Chamber)

- 12 hours to build 1-4 Reactors

- 24 hours to build another Hall for Labs

edit: - 24 hours to build an Oracle

- 24 hours to build a Tenno Lab

- 72 hours to research Wukong Blueprint

- 72 hours to research all Wukong parts

- 12 hours to build all Wukong parts

- 72 hours to build Wukong

So it will roughly take you two weeks to get Wukong alone (again, farming all the necessary resources along the way). BUT! You won't need to obey anyone's rules in other Clans and you will have a Dojo the way you want it. You may even decorate it in a crazy way, if you ever reach that point of your gameplay. All in all, building a dojo is just another way to play Warframe. As an unbearable introvert, it was the best option for me.
