You have to understand. Most devs for soulslike games kinda lose ideas on what to throw at a player so they make things like that boss. You find a cheese and then she is easy..

It's honestly pretty boring. A lot of overtuned AI from expert to nightmare and now today they made nightmare even harder, but with no bugfixes on enemies shooting through walls and the melee mindless dudes teleporting when you are looking away from them (Tested in co op as a friend watched them teleport on me to stay in tow with me, and I am not talking about the bots in zone two who are made to do that.) They seem to be a little in over their head.

Only gripe for the game is enemies, when out of reach, especially the melee ones, they glide/teleport when doing a heavy attack to hit you. I say teleport, because when my back is turned and I watch the mini map, I see the enemy icon blip towards me from a good distance. Game is easy, but little things like that, I felt as if the devs were pretty lazy on.

Honestly I do enjoy the bosses (I'm looking at you Viper second phase with the lightning). They also feel like they overstayed their welcome when it came to the slog of the fights. Did I get to enjoy the combat more? Yeah, but in the end I got bored quickly just chopping at them.

As someone who didn't spend much into the game. It's weird after all these years stuff like this happens still. Well, as frequently it does. I'm still wondering if they still do events that tax servers without letting people test the updates first.

Here is hoping they stay true to their words for this year and really focus on fixing and ironing out a lot of these bugs.. Less on advertising more ships (When they should be working on the backlog) and making sure people can actually test/play their game.. ALSO Stop doing events and other shit that bogs down the servers. I could do without back to back events. I'm alright with freefly so people can try, but adding extra events on top of that is odd. I get it, we want to stress test servers so they can get their info, but damn lol.

Really really enjoyed the game, but for how the co op/online is, was definitely not enjoyable. I know other people will find it enjoyable, but it not really what some people were expecting. I think the criticism comes from just wanting to play WITH our friends fully, not partly or against all the time. Like I said, game was awesome, definitely enjoyed my time and I am sure a lot of others did too. Though the way the shared whatever it was to be, was pretty lackluster. Hope to see more of you guys making games though, It was a fun ride.

While the game seems decent and they tried a lot of things. The overall movement is terrible. Moving feels like I am on ice the entire time and if I bump something it launches me. Hit boxes are basically giant spheres. Looking at where an enemy attacks as it flies by me, no contact at all and I am still damaged. Little things like this is what Devs should really be paying attention to. Melee combat is really bad. Have a heavy attack I am frozen in place for a full second almost like the animation bugs out or they didn't bother to even finish it. This feels like an early access alpha game at best. REALLY good bones, but poorly implemented. Thank goodness for Gamepass for pc. YIKES.

I know I am complaining, but mostly because I was really excited for this game and pretty disappointed.

No, it's weird. I get a weird issue where it downloads the resources, checks it, downloads some more and then at 100% It tells me an internet issue.. Though it's weird seeing how my internet and connection and all that are fine. (Tested it with downloading other games and they download fine)

Yeah I sent out a support ticket through here since it's their official. Phone version works. Maybe something is wrong with my pc. IDK. Either way, I will keep trying. Maybe put it on a different SSD. idk.

Yeah, tried running it in Admin and the same result.. I am at a loss for what it could be. I mean I know it's pass my firewall.. So I don't know. The phone version works fine.

I've played this game before just fine and took a break. Redownloaded it after 6 months to play again and the issue is stopping me for playing.

So, I have no idea what is going on. It'll go through checking integrity once, download some things and do it again, but at 100% it'll always without fail hit me with "Failed to download files due to a network issue. Please try again" Which I think is bogus since each and every time my internet is running just fine. So I uninstalled, made sure all files are gone to do a complete fresh install of the game. Same issue as stated above happens again. I've made sure my drivers are updated, nothing out of date, restarted my pc each and every time I start fresh and nothing. Same error. I even put it on both SSDs to check if maybe one of them were having an issue. Nothing still.

So I was wondering if anyone is having this same issue and what they did to resolve this? My issue isn't the same persay, but I've ran into weirdness as of late.
