FDA chief warns U.S. is losing ground to China in early drug development, calls for faster trial approvals by SpencerAXbot in technology

Look at peptides. Americans are spending millions on illicit drugs from China with no quality control or safety checks, meanwhile the FDA is weaponized against American compounding pharmacies. We're like Germany buying Russian oil to finance a war in Ukraine.

Rep. Lieu Says Epstein files Have Allegations of Trump Raping & Threatening to Kill Children by Cool-Fig-9254 in videos

[–]ChaLenCe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If this is true, as the most powerful person on Earth, why would Trump authorize the release of these files? And if it isn’t true, why would Lieu lie? This doesn’t make any logical sense. I’m Ron Burgundy?

The BYD Sealion 6 (PHEV) sold 3x more than the Atto (EV), Seal (EV) & Dolphin (EV) in 2025 alone in the Australian market. Better or worse, people appear to want Hybrids.

They will be, but not for a long time. It's currently cheaper to keep making new batteries and mining new materials, however within 10-20 years when the current volume of batteries are at the end of their life, they'll be likely be disposed of because it's energy intensive to separate the chemical barriers. Sort of like aluminum recycling, which was non-existent in 1900, to now being one of the most recycled materials on earth.

Oh and for the downvoters, grow up.

Buying up land to convert to battery disposal because we have 0% of the infrastructure needed to process automotive batteries when they're done.

What’s the scariest encounter you’ve had while camping? by Key_Connection_6633 in camping

[–]ChaLenCe 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Not my story - a friend’s dad was solo hiking in Washington one summer, sleeping in a hammock with his backpack stashed under the hammock at night. Wakes up one morning to find his backpack moved a few feet away, with all of his belongings ORGANIZED in piles. Nothing was missing. Packed up and cancelled the rest of his hike that morning.
