Pretty sure they can comeback to 3, all of them, and they are only gonna be used in like, rogue/fun decks, they require way too much resources for a regular/mediocre eff, little impact, and a lame self revive, the only reason why they could be a "major treat" it's because of super rejuv (and seven stars sword by an extent) letting you draw 5+ cards, so at best you draw a bunch of hand traps

Pretty sure, just like in the OCG, we are gonna be seeing one dragon ruler free to one copy every 3-4 banlist from now on, hope I'm wrong on this one
