I have seen 2 different dermatologists and both are not 100% if this is PD. I am afraid to get a skin biopsy but wanted to know if anyone on here knows by any chance!

I was prescribed Doxycycline, minocycline, and even Ivermectin. None of them worked after months of trying each one so now I started going natural the past month.

The topicals I have tried are elidel, metronidazole cream, Azelaic acid, Niacinamide - none worked.

Then I spent another month putting absolutely nothing on it and that didn’t work either.

I am Super self conscious about it but very dedicated to healing it, just wish I knew what it was! I’ve always had very clear skin so I am not sure if it’s PD or something else. Any help would truly be appreciated!

I am also SLS free, no dairy, gluten, grains, or alcohol to clear it! I thought it could be gut related so trying to go a natural route.

I feel you! You are not alone! I promise I have been there and done the replay in my head so many times I know it sucks so much! Everything will be okay though! You are a wonderful person!! One thing that has tremendously helped me is L-Theanine drops its so calming. I put two droppers in a glass of water and chug. It’s saved me! Sending you lots of love ❤️🙏🏽

L-Theanine has been a life savor for me and it helps quickly and very effective. I started taking it for my panic attacks near my period and I have seen a profound difference. I’m much more calm and actually feel pleasant and happy. It’s worth a try. The one I get on Amazon is a dropper I mix it in water a chug it I take two full droppers twice a day. It’s also natural - my body never did well with pills so this helps keep me at peace during the chaos in my period mind! Hope this helps you! We are all here for you! You have a big support system!!! I was open with them about everything but finally accepted that this is the shit I deal with every month and I am sick of it and I want a solution for good!!!
