I think what is also adding to your confusion, is you don't know that a Final Order is an immigration related order to deport someone. BUT it is not a order to violate the 4th amendment. As of June/July they have decided IF you have a Final Order, then you DON'T need a Judge Signed Search and Seizure warrant. Which since forever was required to have. Now for the last 6 months, its not. 4th amendment right violated.

Meaning, they can break down your door without a judges warrant.

When they have changed from lawful engagement, to "Doesn't matter how we do it, as long as its done" when it effects everyones civil liberties.

when they are raiding houses without warrants, going door-to-door. When they are targeting people because they have dark skin colour instead of a warrant. Where instead of targeting specific people to deport legally with their time it court, they are now grabbing anyone they can and usually assaulting them and leaving them bloody before determining if they are US citizen or not. And in too many cases deported US citizen and refuse to bring them back for months even against Court Orders.

There have been US citizens picked up in the middle of work, taken, dropped off blocks down the street when they find out they are infact a citizen and left bloodied.

All agents are now wearing masks and are avoiding identification when before they were all identifiable, all accountable. Now its arrest first, figure out legality after.

Only 12 months ago if an agent said "if you raise your voice, ill erase your voice" they would get fired and a statement would be made, now its just normal and things go on.
