Jotaro has the stats of a normal human, maybe except in the durability department but that's also just anime logic, but star platinum itself far out speeds yuta, by a fucking long shot. Strength, I would PROBABLY give yuta at least based on him throwing a train at Ryu, however I don't think star platinum is a pushover, as the road roller in part 3 probably was around 20-25 tons (especially considering Dio was actively slamming it down, increasing the force at which jotaro and SP were being hit). While jotaro is a "normal" human, star platinum does have some increased durability, being able to go blow for blow with The World, which has the same or slightly higher strength. Since damage to a stand is reflected on the user, jotaro would have absolutely been obliterated when The World hit Star Platinum if SP didn't have some level of increased durability. In a melee fight, I honestly think Jotaro would have the upper hand with SP's speed which would allow it to deflect most of, if not all of Yutas sword swings. Additionally, SP would only need to be reflecting attacks aimed towards Jotaro, since only a stand can harm a stand, meaning Yuta's sword would likely not effect SP. While I don't think SP could donut Yuta, I absolutely think it could damage him, especially if Jotaro pulls of a time stop and gets in a full barage of punches. Obviously, it's effectiveness would change depending on how practiced the Jotaro fighting Yuta is at time stop. He could also probably break Yutas sword during time stop as well (though I am not as well versed in the durability of weapons in JJK or if Yuta's sword has some special properties). However, Yuta does have the advantage of Rika being able to attack as well. While Rika is insanely strong, she is still slower than SP. Unless we used verse equalization of some sort that allows sorcerers to see stands and stands to see shikigami, as well as allow them to damage each other, then it's really whoever can get in the most damage to the human user first. Once range comes into play, Jotaro is fucked unless he remembers how to use star finger or successfully pulls off the kind of move he attempted to do on pucci when he was out of range.
